You've heard me say this before: the nervous system is the nonlinear, dynamic electromagnetic interface that allows us to have myriad experiences beyond the superficial, physical experience. Some might call this a "multi-dimensional" experience. This array of experiences made possible by the nervous system includes energetic, spiritual, mental, and emotional experiences, in addition to physical experiences. No experience is purely one or another, but they all seem to have elements of energetic, spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical qualities woven together in varying degrees. Thus, our nervous systems give us the property of being biologically multi-dimensional. The major component here is the sensory data, which carry this tapestry of information, that our bodies collect and store within the nervous system.
Our senses and the sensations that are generated by the sensory input are how we gauge reality. Sensations tell the body what is real and what is happening around and within us. Going another layer deep, our gross, physical senses are the foundation for our subtle senses. Extrasensory perception is a refinement of the bodily senses and perceptions. (More on this coming in the upcoming months.) The capacity to accurately interpret sensory data makes way for the accurate interpretation of extrasensory (or more subtle, intuitive, and psychic) information.
Not so surprisingly, the health of and capacity within our nervous systems is the determining factor regarding the depth of multidimensional experience we have in this life. We know, thanks to the recent mainstream surge in nervous system health experts and practitioners, that survival stress stored long-term in the nervous system degenerates various systems of the body and impedes our ability to live a robust and vibrant life, not only in the obvious ways but in more subtle ways, too. Specifically, in our ability to embody our gift as creative manifestors of reality.
Manifestation has been all but a burnt-out topic over the years. You're probably a little numb to the idea, as was I until recently when I began to re-read the New Testament of the Bible. As I was reading it with new eyes and a fresh mind untethered from organized religion, I realized much of the hidden esoteric knowledge within the pages, which inspired me to do my free email advent in December (which was AMAZING, btw. If you missed it, fret not because I will absolutely be offering it again in December of 2024.) This experience kind of resurrected (hehe) in me the truth of being an intentional creator made in the image of God. But, that's beside the point.
The point is that sensation is the master key to manifestation. As aforementioned, sensation is what makes our body (a manifestation) gauge reality and determine what is real. In brevity, the ability to recall sensory data from your internal databank within your nervous system and couple that with imagination (endogenous DMT/God Molecule secretions) gives us the profound potential for "reimagining our reality." That is, so long as we hold that vision and sensation of having that vision happening to us right now, we manifest it as a reality. Of course, there are some other factors, such as consciousness versus subconsciousness, faith and belief, and some other things that go along with this conversation (which I'll have to write about at a later date), but the takeaway here in this particular blog post is this:
An overwhelmed nervous system inhibits us from holding new sensory information because we can't feel or comprehend anything other than what is already being held, which is stored survival stress (technically, trauma). The nervous system prioritizes the resolution of this stored stress information in order to come back into homeostasis and increase its capacity for wellness. Therefore, it will continue to cycle these stress sensations first. In the context of manifestation, there is literally no room for holding new experiences, much less recalling ideal sensations that match your desired reality because the likelihood is that you'll call up sensations associated with your stress.
This is what makes Somafluent™ sessions so imperative. Somafluent™ sessions are deep, body-focused neurosensory embodiment sessions that utilize your voice and sensory recall to discharge survival stress and rewrite/reimagine quantum sensory data to help physically and energetically support your vision for the life you desire. You're not only acknowledging the sensations that are screaming to be released from your neural databank, you're creating more space within that bank to hold new information. As the capacity increases, your new sensory input becomes more accurate. Your subtle senses develop more accuracy. Your ability to recall ideal sensations from your databank and use them intentionally to write your reality becomes an actual skill.
You become sovereign.
